Customer Responsibilities
Site Access & Delivery
By renting a mobile CCTV tower from Visimast CCTV Rental, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of our equipment and the security services provided.
Rental Periods
Rental periods range from a minimum of 24 hours to 30 days. Short-term rentals are available for urgent site protection, while long-term rentals are ideal for ongoing infrastructure and construction projects. Rental periods are fixed at the time of booking and cannot be extended without prior written consent.
Payment & Deposit
The total rental cost is calculated based on the tower model and the duration of the rental. A security deposit is required at the time of booking to cover potential equipment damage or loss. The deposit is refundable within 14 days of the tower's return, provided it is in good condition and all equipment is returned as per the rental agreement.
Damage & Loss
We provide professional remote monitoring as part of the rental package. Any physical damage to the tower or its components during the rental period is the responsibility of the customer. Loss or theft of the equipment will result in a full charge for the remaining rental period plus a security deposit.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring the site has safe access for the tower's delivery and collection. You must provide a secure and stable surface for the tower to be erected. Any modifications to the equipment or the site that could compromise the tower's stability are the customer's responsibility.
Site Access & Delivery
Delivery is available across the United Kingdom. Delivery charges are calculated based on the distance to the site and the tower size. Collection can be arranged at the end of the rental period. Late returns will incur a daily charge of £50 per tower.
